The first visit, to our office is very important. It provides us with an opportunity to get to know you as an individual and develop a trusting relationship.
During your first visit we will conduct a thorough one hour examination. This may involve an update of X-rays and will involve a comprehensive screening for signs of any serious oral health problems, including cancer. We will listen very closely to what your concerns and thoughts are.
The process starts with having you fill out a confidential new patient questionnaire with details of your medical and dental history. We will then talk to you about your treatment needs and schedule any necessary appointments.
We know that dental emergencies can be stressful and uncomfortable. Our policy is to accommodate emergencies the same day you call. For your convenience, our office is open six days a week, including Saturdays and evenings.

Please note that your appointment time is reserved specifically for you. If you are unable to make your appointment, we would appreciate 48 hours’ notice to avoid a cancellation fee.
Our office will submit your claims to your insurance carrier. We offer electronic submissions to expedite the claim process. Your Insurance Company will reimburse you directly.
We use the current year’s fee guide as set by the Ontario Dental Association to determine our usual and customary fees. We will discuss your treatment plan and all associated fees with you before starting any treatment. If extensive treatment is anticipated, we would be pleased to discuss a payment schedule with you. We accept debit transactions and most major credit cards as a convenience to you.
