Go on a tour of our office! It is known for its warm, caring and friendly atmosphere.
We want to ensure the health of our patients and our dental team. Our Toronto practice follows safety procedures recommended by the Occupational Safety & Health Administration (OSHA) and our governing body.
These measures include:
As your dental health care provider, we want you to be confident knowing that we take the responsibility of your health and safety very seriously.
An Intraoral Camera is a small video camera that takes pictures of the inside and outside of the mouth. It allows our patients to see exactly what we see during your examination in real time. It is a great diagnostic tool and a fantastic patient educational aid.
Digital radiography (digital x-ray) is the latest technology used to take dental x-rays. This technique uses an electronic sensor (instead of x-ray film) that captures and stores the digital image on a computer. This image can be instantly viewed and enlarged, helping the dentist and dental hygienist detect problems more easily, and allowing us to show this to our patients. Digital x-rays reduce radiation 80-90% compared to the already low exposure of traditional dental x-rays.
